Arundhati Nayudu Kona advises individuals, families, and businesses on U.S. immigration matters, including family-based immigration, employment- and business-based immigration, investor immigration, permanent residence, naturalization, and other complex immigration matters.

She also advises on intellectual property matters, including patent, trademark, and design protection, prosecution, and portfolio strategy in India and internationally. Her experience includes advising multinational corporations and technology companies on patent prosecution, intellectual property strategy, trademark protection, and design protection across a range of technologies.

Arundhati began her legal career practising intellectual property law in India before expanding her practice to U.S. immigration law. She holds an LL.M. in Law and Technology from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, an LL.B. from the University of Mumbai, and a degree in Electronics Engineering. She is admitted to practise in California and India and is a registered Indian Patent Agent.
