In India, Sastry regularly appears before the High Courts of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, district courts and specialised tribunals in a broad range of constitutional, commercial, corporate, and property disputes. His experience includes representing independent directors in proceedings arising from a multi-billion-dollar financial fraud investigation and advising clients in cross-border matters involving multi-sectoral issues.

Alongside his litigation practice, Sastry advises businesses on U.S. business immigration and international expansion, including matters relating to corporate governance, employment, privacy, and regulatory compliance. He also represents clients before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
